What is Modern Arab?
Modern Arab is a Los Angeles-based fashion brand redefining Arab identity through contemporary apparel. Our mission is to eliminate radical stereotypes by creating designs that celebrate the diversity and richness of Arabic-speaking communities while bridging cultures through fashion.

We believe in cultural pride, inclusion, and storytelling through fashion. Every piece we create is designed to inspire conversation, challenge outdated narratives, and empower individuals to wear their Arabic heritage with confidence.
Cultural Representation
What about my Arabic country?
We will create designs for the rich cultural heritage of every Arabic-speaking country across the Arab world. Our designs will touch on traditions and inspirations from all regions—from the westernmost parts of North Africa to the top of the Levant, through modern-day Mesopotamia’s Iraq and its many ancient cultures that still live one. Then wrapping around the vibrant and diverse cultures of the Arabian Peninsula. Crossing the Red Sea, we will also recognize the deep-rooted Arabic heritage in the Horn of Africa and the Nile Valley, were Arab influence blends beautifully with African traditions. Each collection will highlight different aspects of Arab identity, ensuring that every Arab country is represented through authentic, meaningful modern Arab fashion.
What does the Arabic typography say on the back of the Modern Arab collection?
This phrase is part of Modern Arab’s original design, well-crafted by first-generation and native Arab speakers working together to bring Arabic heritage to life and ensure its everlasting preservation in the modern world.
“ألآ تخافون من الله” (Don’t you fear God?) is a paradox that eliminates bad controversy and encourages self-reflection. It’s not about invoking fear but rather a reminder to live with integrity, kindness, and respect, understanding that faith is about love, humility, and connection. The statement carries duality, reminding us that fear is respect, while God is love.
Inspired by journeys through Ramallah, where the beloved Levantine folklore song “وين ع رام الله” (Wein A Ramallah) resonates deeply, captivating hearts across generations. The design translates a sense of peace, pride, and love, reinforcing that even in separation, the bonds of affection remain strong.

When will a sold out product be available?
Since launch, the response has been great with your feedback and patience! We are working around the clock to manufacture each garment perfectly with expected and promised quality. We are working diligently to replace sold out products and they will be available for purchase as soon as possible!

Currently, we offer domestic shipping within the United States.
For international orders, we are working diligently to expand Modern Arab and make our products available worldwide. How long does shipping take?
Domestic (U.S.) Orders: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
International Orders: Not available yet, but we are working to expand worldwide.

How do your sizes fit?
Our apparel is designed with a modern, relaxed fit. Most garments are fitted clothing. We recommended always sizing up for the relaxed look and feel. If you prefer the fitted style, then stick true to your size. We recommend checking our size chart on each product page for exact measurements.
What materials do you use?
Our products are crafted from high-quality materials, including 100% chino cotton twill, cotton and polyester blends for premium headwear, upperwear, layers, and legwear.
Where are your products made?
Our designs are conceptualized in Los Angeles and produced using high-quality manufacturers. All final products are designed and printed in the USA.
